The Springs is located on High Rock Mountain in the Flat Swamp Area of High Rock Lake.  Developed in the mid to late 90s, great thought and care was given to maintain the natural beauty of the area including setting aside thirty-five acres as a forest preserve.  There are approximately 2,000 acres, with a little over 500 home sites.  The first homes started construction in 1999, with additional homes being built by lot property owners since then.

Location & Map

The subdivision is located 14 miles south of Lexington, North Carolina on NC Hwy 8.  High Rock Lake is the 2nd largest lake in North Carolina.  The community is an easy drive to the larger cities in the Piedmont Triad – Winston Salem, High Point, and Greensboro.  Charlotte to the south is also about an hour’s drive away.  The smaller towns of Lexington, Thomasville, and Denton offer an easy drive for everyday shopping needs.
